In accordance with the WWHU Grant Program, Titone Properties, LLC has made application for the $5,000 grant for a residence located at 1753 Indian River Drive. A complete grant application has been provided, including a copy of the deed, proof of taxes paid, and a wastewater connection design plan signed and sealed by Todd N. Smith, P.E. Since the property is landlocked with no frontage on Indian River Drive, the engineer for the project has successfully obtained a non-exclusive 15 foot utility easement from Indian River County to run their water and sewer lines along the northern portion of the Archie Smith Fish House property. This easement was granted by the Indian River County Commission on 14 July 2015. Staff has provided a budget account summary for the overall program.
