Re: Kenneth Mishler Enterprises Airport Lease Renewal
Mr. Mishler,
This letter is in follow up to the City of Sebastian's March 20, 2015 Email to you
acknowledging your written request to exercise the lease renewal option relating to the
airport lease between the City of Sebastian and Kenneth Mishler Enterprises.
The Option Term of the lease is Twenty (20) years. Therefore, this lease, which was
scheduled to expire November 27, 2015, is hereby extended to November 27, 2035.
It is understood that all terms, conditions, covenants, and restrictions of the underlying
lease are still in effect and will continue throughout the length of the Option Term of the
lease.
The City of Sebastian and Sebastian Airport look forward to our continued positive
relationship.
