Dear Tracy,
Attached is the cost estimate and Engineer of Record Certification of work remaining to
be accomplished.
The only item that needs to be finished is the lift station start up. The pumps, electrical
panels, and controls are all installed. The electrical meter is needed to be installed by FPL
so the lift station can be tested (start up). A tentative start up is schedule for next Tuesday
May 31, 2005.

Attached is a check for $5,ON-.00 for a cash bond from Mr. Turner.
