As we discussed, summarized below are the various tasks and anticipated costs allocated per
task for renewal of the City's St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD)
consumptive use permit (CUP):
1. Preparation of draft CUP and meeting with the SJRWMD in Melbourne to
discuss the permit application and requirements of the SJRWMD: $1,550.00.
2. Preparation of the Water Conservation Plan: $3,450.00.
3. Groundwater modeling and testing: $7,350.00.
4. Well Survey of affected area: $1,800.00.
5. Prepare final CUP package and documentation: $2,450.00.
6. Respond to requests for additional information from SJRWMD: $2,100.00.
7. CUP application fee: $1,000.00.
The total anticipated not -to -exceed cost to complete the CUP and respond to any requests for
additional information is estimated to be $19,700.00. The above costs are only estimates of
the anticipated work required for each task which were based on projects that our firm has
completed that were similar in nature to this project. As we discussed the actual costs can vary
depending on the complexity, the modeling and testing requirements of the SJRWMD and so
forth.
