Dear Mayor:
We congratulate you and the Council on the recent decision to
hire legal counsel to investigate the rescinding of the water
and sewer utility franchise transfer to Indian River County.
As you are now aware, such a desirable action has very wide
support among resident taxpayers and voters in Sebastian: Your
response to their urgent appeal is highly commendable.
We trust that this action will also encompass all such facilities
within your jurisdiction including what was formerly known as
the Villages of Lake Dolores Water, Sewer and Cablevision Utility
(now Park Place).
In attestation and encouragement for such action, witness the
