ORDERED that the Appellants' November 30, 1988 motion to
consolidate is granted, and the above -styled case numbers are now
consolidated and shall proceed under time schedule of a non -final
appeal, according to the requirements of F1a.R.App.P. 9.130.
ORDERED that Appellants' November 30, 1988 Motion to
Shorten Time to Respond is denied.
ORDERED that A'ppellee's November 28, 1988 Motion to
Dismiss Case No. 88-2983 is denied. This motion is inconsistent with
this Court's order of November 9, 1988.
