The opportunity to submit this proposal on the above referenced project is greatly appreciated.
This proposal in based upon information furnished by you.
The proposed project consists of extending an 8" water along the southern boundary of Sebastian
Lakes and continuing along County Road 512 with a 2" line to the United Church of Christ. The
8" line is proposed to be installed in a utility easement obtained by you from the Sebastian Lakes
Condominium Associates. There will be one ditch crossing along County Road 512.
BASIC SERVICES:
1. Perform Topographic Survey of proposed route through Sebastian $ 227.00
Highlands. Existing topo survey is available along CR512.
2. Prepare Legal Description for proposed easement through Sebastian $ 150.00
Lakes.
3. Prepare construction plans for proposed water line extension on $ 1,200.00
standard double plate plan and profile sheets. Provide 15 copies
and plans at no additional cost.
4. Prepare project manual and technical specifications. General $ 250.00
conditions and contract documents sections furnished by City of
Sebastian.
5. Prepare Permit for State of Florida Department of Environmental $150.00
Protection. Permit Fee by City of Sebastian.
TOTAL BASIC SERVICES: $ 1,977.00
