RE: Proposed Acquisition of One )1) Easement for Water Service
City of Sebastian Waterfront Project

Dear Mr. Williams:
In addition to the previous easement acquisition prepared by your office to supply water service to parcels
which are not immediately adjacent to the recently constructed water supply system, it is necessary that we
obtain one additional easement. I am attaching a plan and legal description of the property with this letter
for your information.
The proposed easement involves Block 1, Lots 2,3,16 & 17 of the Carroll Roberts Subdivision. The intent
is for the dedication of a 10' wide easement to provide for construction of a water service line by the
owner of the southwest parcel of Carroll Roberts Subdivision which includes Lots 1 and south portion of
Lot 2 Carroll Roberts Subdivision. The proposed easement will be granted by City of Sebastian, 1225
Main Street, Sebastian, FL 32958. The easement will be dedicated to Legue, William & Lois, 1208 U.S.
Highway #1, Sebastian, FL 32958.
Please prepare and provide me with the necessary legal documentation in order that I may secure the
necessary signatures and make these easements a matter of record with the tax office on behalf of the
property owners. By providing this legal access to the utility system, Mr. & Mrs. William Legue will be
able to construct a water service connection within this easement and be provided with water service
consistent with the other participants in this project's assessment program.
Your prompt action in providing me with the requested information is appreciated. Please do not hesitate
