HomeMy WebLinkAbout1995 01 11 - Lift Station ChecklistLIFT STATION MAINTENANCE ITEMIZED CHECKLIST AS PER R.B. VOTAPKA'S INSPECTION ON JANUARY 11, 1995 1. No. 1 New belts are to be installed 2. No. 2 Loud hum in contactor for Pump No. 1; the Ammeter registers the amperage for the pumps extremely low; it should be replaced Pump No. 1 is running at lower amps than Pump No. 2 Need to order an elapsed time meter to replace an existing one 3. No. 3 Pump No. 2 had higher amperage than Pump No. 1 and L3 had "0" amps 4. No. 4 Pump No. 1 is operating longer than Pump No. 2 - Check alternating relay by manipulating the floats 5. No. 5 Roaches in bottom of panel - Seal holes in conduits and spray inside with roach spray 6. No. 6 The "Lead Pump" light was on for some unexplained reason while the pump was not running -- maybe due to a short. Flasher unit was melted and making a noise -- it has to be replaced [1 amp ST -0124 Flasher] 7. Sebastian Elementary School No fuses in panel box 8. City Hall "Power Burnout" light was on, yet the station operated normally 9. Captain Hiram's Need fuses in station; voltage is very high on L2 (298 volts); pump running lights don't work; one relay chattered for awhile 10. Park Place Pump 2 had higher amps than Pump 1 and L1 had "0" amps. General Note: Need to get the F.L.A. (Full Load Amps) for all lift stations where it is not posted RBV/jw /180alot
