RE: Purchase of ERU's for 22 Treasure Circle, 4 Bimini
Circle and 8 Blue Marlin Road, Palm Lake Club,
Sebastian, Florida
Dear Mr. Pinto:
Palm Lake Club has requested purchase of three (3) ERU's for
22 Treasure Circle, 4 Bimini Circle, and 8 Blue Marlin Road. An
application with the City of Sebastian has been filed and the
required $7,653.00 for the three (3) ERU's has been paid. On
behalf of Palm Lake Club, the City's Utilities Department asks
that the Indian River County Utilities Department approve the
above request as soon as possible. The City Finance Department
will remit the impact fees to the County upon approval of the
request.
