SUBJECT: Actual Location of Service Line and Curb Stop for Lot
1029 West Lakeview Drive, Park Place, Sebastian, Florida
After I repaired the service line at Lot 1029; I dug a small trench
and laid the polybutylene tubing and curb stop in it. Hopefully,
this will prevent it from being cut by the lawn mower. As a
precaution to the service being covered over by grass and dirt, I
drove a 1 1/4" pipe into the ground in front of the curb stop and
painted the pipe "blue". I also took actual measured ties from the
CATV and Southern Bell telephone box to the curb stop.

before Thursday, July 13, 1989. Street crossings, if required,
