Kulczycki requesting information from the City of Sebastian. Please advise whether or not these lots have water and sewer, and I'll formulate a letter to Mr. Kulczycki. Thank you. As part of the registration process we must submit a letter from the local governments regarding the availability of water and sewer (or septic tank permits) and the ability to obtain building permits. I would appreciate it if you would send me a letter regarding the availability of septic tank permits and the availability of existing water lines for lots in the following units: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17. We also need the breakdown of sewer and water connection fees including meter installation and any impact fees. If you have any questions please give me a call. Your earliest response would be greatly appreciated. The units which currently have water service available are Units 7,9,12,14,15, and portion of Units 8,10,11,16, and 17. The units which currently have sewer available are portions of Units 9, 16, and 17. 1 have enclosed copies of the water and sewer maps which show the existing lines despite the fact that the maps are dated 1991. Due to the pending sale of the Utilities system to Indian River County there has been absolutely no expansion of either the water or sewer systems. Also, enclosed is a sheet dated July 15, 1994 which gives you the current charges for lots which have a service line already in place and for lots which don't. The plumber's fees are to be paid on an individual basis by each homeowner and will vary depending upon actual field conditions for each site. Refer to the attached sheet for various plumbing costs. 3. PROJECTED COSTS WHERE NO WATER MAIN OR SEWER MAIN IS PRESENT Where no sewer or water mains are available, the cost of installation will be determined based on the contract amount of the job as prorated over the area of development, in addition to the charges shown above for Item 1. * The City may elect to spread the cost of impact fees over the course of 10 years to the existing lot owner. * Security Deposits will be refunded, without interest, only if the customer has had a good credit history (no delinquent bills) over the course of two consecutive years.
