and the CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation of the
State of Florida, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, FL 32958, party of the
second part,
W/TNESSETH:
That said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR to it

forever, the following described land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida:

This property is conveyed and accepted on the condition that the property hereby
conveyed is to be used solely for parks and recreational purposes. In the event
that this property is not used solely and perpetually for such purposes, then the
land and any appurtenances shall revert to Grantor, and Grantee shall forfeit all
rights thereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said party of the first part has caused these presents to be
executed in its name by its Board of County Commissioners, acting by the Chairman of
said Board, the day and year aforesaid.
