In the process they had to use her driveway and yard to get back to the ROW to make the repair and broke her driveway. They are going to take care of the driveway but they (Ford Smith out of Ft. Lauderdale) told her to call the City and tell us that it was the City's responsibility to clear out our ROW so that they can get to their pole line located in our ROW. If they are using our ROW, what is our responsibility as far a clearing it out for them to have access. This area has been natural for years. Last year we did rehabilitate the drainage in some of that ROW (located between Ponoka and Collier Club) so that it would no longer pond between the two developments. My thought is that if FPL wants to use our ROW for their lines that they would have to make their own access. Is this true?
