I have calculated the required foundation size for the referenced
project and conclude that a 3' deep by 3' round 2500 p.s.i.
concrete foundation with 4 - 3/4" X 30" long all thread stainless
steel bolts is required to withstand the design load generated by
a 100 MPH wind force.
When the foundation has been excavated and ready for concrete,
please call me so I can inspect the soils to ensure the bearing
capacity is a minimum of 2000 p.s.f.
