RE: The Little Free Library (LFL) at Schumann Drive Park
The Rotary Club of Sebastian and the City of Sebastian agree to the following:
1. All maintenance associated with the Little Free Library, including repairs will be the sole responsibility of the
Rotary Club of Sebastian.
2. If the Little Free Library should deteriorate to the extent that it becomes unsafe or unsightly, the City of
Sebastian reserves the right to remove it, with no obligation to replace it. The City of Sebastian agrees to
contact the Rotary Club of Sebastian at the address above prior to removing the LFL so that repairs can be
made in lieu of removal of the LFL
