S�EBASTIAN, a F�orida Municipal Corporation (hereinafter called "CITY"), and

rovides that:
1. The parties shall cooperate in organizing and con ductin your scheduled activities for

2. 1;N kb MA , without the aid and assistance of City personnel, shall organize
hand administer all activities and events for said rental.
3. U{1�h_}� b1 tl1\ agrees to use appropriate parking areas as set forth by the City.

4. � b NfW agrees to indemnify, defend and hold CITY harmless from any and
all claims of any nature brought byNtsiZ�ANl kits members, or agents in the course of
performing activities under this Agreement, or from any claims by any ersons arising
from or damages incurred by the CITY from the actions of IJYIEl�� i'i�l Coup , its
members, or agents whatsoever arising from the exercise of the privileges and obligations
set forth hereunder.
