THIS FIRST AMENDMENT of the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT, (hereinafter "agreement") by
and between the CITY OF SEBASTIAN (hereinafter "City") and Janet Graham (hereinafter "Technical Writer")
dated January 18, 2018 provides as follows:
WHEREAS, the City desires to engage a Technical Writer to act as a Recording Consultant and
Transcriptionist, for the City's boards and committees; and
WHEREAS, these board and committee meetings occasionally lack a quorum needed to conduct a
meeting; and
WHEREAS, in these cases, the Technical Writer made the effort to come to City Hall, thereby she is
requesting payment for her effort, travel expenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, when a scheduled board or committee meeting lacks a quorum to continue, yet the
Technical Writer has arrived, the Technical Writer shall be paid $32.00.
