THIS SECOND AMENDMENT of the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT, (hereinafter "agreement") by and
between the CITY OF SEBASTIAN (hereinafter "City") and Janet Graham (hereinafter "Technical Writer") dated January
18, 2018 provides as follows:
WHEREAS, beginning January 2019, the Technical Writer will have been providing transcription services for the
City of Sebastian for a year; and
WHEREAS, the City is very pleased and appreciative of her writing skills that she provides to keep the historical
record of the City's board and committee meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, beginning January 1, 2019, the Technical Writer shall be paid $18.00 per page of
transcription.
