SUBJECT: Contract Extension RFQ 17-03
DEBRIS REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL AGREEMENT
Dear Mr. Nutting:
The above mentioned agreement was due to expire on April 4, 2019. In accordance with Article 5 of the
Debris Removal and Disposal Agreement dated April 4, 2017 between the City of Sebastian and Ceres
Environmental Services, Inc., the City of Sebastian extends the terms of this Agreement for an additional
twenty four (24) months. All prices, terms and conditions of the previous agreement shall remain in full force
and effect. This extension is effective July 10, 2019.
Please return the signed Agreement Extension and an updated Certificate of Insurance to the City via
email by July 15, 2019 to afraser@cityofsebastian.org.
