Hello gentlemen,
Please be advised that Indian River County has sent the attached letters to the Army Corps of
Engineers ( “Army Corps”) with regards to the public notice that was issued on April 11, 2016,
concerning All Aboard Florida. Specifically, Indian River County has requested the Army
Corps extend the public comment period for an additional thirty days and hold a public hearing
on the underlying application that was submitted by All Aboard Florida.
