Questions
Q1: The bid advertisement states the prebid is on July 31st at 10:00 AM, however the bid documents state it is at 2:00
PM. Can you please clarify the time?
A1: The Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 @ 2:00 PM EST.
All other documents, specifications, drawings, terms and conditions remain the same.
