and specs, would you please let me know how I can obtain them?
A1: All ITB documents and potential addenda for this bid can be accessed via DemandStar and the City’s
website. If you are unable to access, please let me know. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure that all
addenda is signed and included in Bid Submission.

Q2: Do you happen to have the estimated project value and start date yet?
A2: Refer to page 4, 1.5 for estimated project value. Estimated start date is October 1, 2019.
