For the above referenced ITB, take note of the following revisions, additions, deletions, clarifications, etc.,
which in accordance with the Solicitation Documents shall become a part of and have precedence over
anything shown or described otherwise.
Questions/Answers
Q1: Is there anyone available to meet with in order to see the areas for maintenance?
A1: No, the City is not available to meet with prospective bidders to show all areas for maintenance.
During the non-mandatory pre-bid conference, attendees will be taken to one (1) area that will
show generally what the areas consist of. Please refer to Exhibit B, Mowing Maps. Feel free to
utilize third party resources such as Google Earth to get a better visual of the areas.
Q2: Where are previous year bid tabulation published?
A2: Please see attached for the bid tabulation for ITB 16-20 from 2016.
Q3: Is there a budget?
A3: The estimated annual budget for this project is not to exceed $300,000.00.
All other documents, specifications, drawings, terms and conditions remain the same.
