TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
For the above referenced project, take note of the following revisions, additions, deletions, clarifications, and
questions/answers etc. relative to the ITB, which in accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a
part of and have precedence over anything shown or described otherwise.
Clarifications
1. The City will be responsible for Park shut down notifications to the public.
2. The City will be responsible for placement of Boundary Survey stakes ONLY. Contractor will be res ponsible
for confirmation of MHWL or TOPO stakes.
3. Commencement of the project, identified by a Notice to Proceed, is intended to be on or about
October 1, 2019. The date provided is a “ball park” date; therefore the NTP may be issued before or after
the provided date.
Questions/Answers
Q1: I am requesting clarification on the bid quantities shown on sheet M5/bid sheet. The following quantities
are specified. Which quantities are correct?
Sheet M5 Bid Sheet in Specs
Armour Stone 880 tons 562 tons
Bedding Material 240 tons 84 tons
Geotextile 1000 sy 670 sy
A1: Bid quantities on sheet M5 should be used. See attached for Revised Schedule of Values.

Q2: Is the bedding material #57 Stone?
A2: It is preferred that #57 Stone be used for the bedding material.
All other documents, specifications, drawings, terms and conditions remain the same.
