TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
For the above referenced RFP, take note of the following revisions, additions, deletions, clarifications, etc.,
which in accordance with the Solicitation Documents shall become a part of and have precedence over
anything shown or described otherwise.
Clarifications
1. Per RFP documents, the criterion for Location is a possible 10 points. Points will be awarded as follows:
Institution’s branch located within City limits...........................................10
Institution’s branch located within County Area, outside of City limits.... 5
Institution’s branch located outside of County Area................................ 1
2. Secondary Approvers for wire transactions refer to the additional employees required to approve a wire.
Wires are generally done online. Over the phone wires, in the past, haven’t occurred often. Instances
include when the daily limit for online wires has been met. Wire types, include but not limited to:
a. Routine wires (occurring on a scheduled, consistent basis)
b. Vendor invoice payment
3. Cash Deposits will be made daily to a branch by a City employee or volunteer. The City expects the ability
to deposit checks electronically.
All other documents, specifications, drawings, terms and conditions remain the same.
