A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this RFP.
INQUIRIES – All inquiries concerning this RFP shall only be directed to afraser@cityofsebastian.org.
Contact by a Proposer (or anyone representing a Proposer ) regarding this RFP with the City Council or a
City employee/representative, from the date of release until after a contract is approved by the City
Council, other than the point of contact listed above, is grounds for disqualification.
SUBMISSION: one (1) clearly marked original, three (3) copies and an electronic copy, marked with the
Proposer’s name & address, solicitation number & title with the bid opening date & time on the lower left
corner of envelope.
