To whom it may concern,
In accordance with the agreement for Government Information Management Application, including
Building Permits Manager and Application Tracking Module executed on January 7, 2005; the City of
Sebastian is hereby providing 30 day notice to terminate said agreement.
The City's Building Department has used the IMS system for the past 14 years and has now decided to
move on to a new building permit system provider. We thank you for your years of service to the City of
Sebastian Building Department.
