RE: Recommendation to investigate feasibility of certain annexations.
Please be advised that the Commission at their regular meeting held
on August 3, 1989 passed the following motion.
A motion to recommend to City Council that a
committee of four, drawn from the Planning
and Zoning Commission, City Staff and City Council,
be appointed to look into the feasibility of annexing
property East of I-95 on the north side of CR 512 and
north to the Brevard County Line and everything west
of the Sebastian River, this based on the City Attorney's
comments that no Sunshine violation would exist with a
committee from these groups.
Your assistance in presenting this recommendation to the City
Council is greatly appreciated.
