Gov5pend don not manipulate the data collected from theagencies. Line item details reflect how the various agencies store their
purchasing records.
Agreement
Signing of this Agreement indicates that you have the corporate authority to enter into an agreement for your organizttion. It also
indicates your acceptance of GoApend's Terms of Service, Electronic Signature and Signature Disclosure, and Privacy Policy.
which can be viewed at govspend.com/terms, govspend.com/signature, and govspend.com/privacy. This Purchase Agreement is
deemed accepted by Gov5pend upon sending of an invoice or sending of a receipt for payment by Gov5pend. The persons signing
this agreement agree they have been appointed with the powers to commit their organization to a binding agreement.
This is a legally binding agreement. Upon cancellation, all services terminate immediately and any remaining obligations under
this agreement are due and payable. By signing this Agreement, you are confirming that you understand our cancellation policy
and agree to these terms.
At the end of your subscription this agreement will auto -renew on an annual basis, at the then current rate offered by GovSpend,
for the sameor similar service. Any credit card previously used may be re -used for billing purposes. If you dolt want to auto -
renew, just let us know any time during your subscription period
