Project Identification: City of Sebastian Wayftnding Signage
IT IS AGREED to undertake the following work in accordance with the provisions of the MBV
Engineering, Inc. Master Agreement entitled Non -Exclusive Continuing Professional Services Agreement
for Engineering Dated July 12, 2017.
Description of Assignment:
MBV Engineering, Inc. will provide the permitting and construction administration services for the
remaining wayfinding signage. The signs are being revised from cantilevered signage to center pole
mounted signage for the remaining signs.
Work Scope:
1. Permitting
a. Coordination with the City of Sebastian staff regarding proposed sign locations.
b. Prepare map of sign locations.
C. Submittal of the FDOT General Use permit
2. Construction Administration
a. Pre -Construction meeting with City staff and the local FDOT representative.
b. Installation inspection
C. Certification of installation to FDOT
Basis of Compensation/Period of Services:
The above referenced Professional Engineering Services for CSA 8 will be performed for a fee not to
exceed the amount of 53,000.
