You are hereby authorized to commence work on December 1, 2017, in accordance
with CAS #9, dated December 1, 2017, to provide a drainage evaluation of the Pelican
Island Place Drainage Basin.
The Project Manager is Joseph Griffin, City Manager. All substantial communication

Project Identification: Pelican Island Place Drainage Basin Evaluation
IT IS AGREED to undertake the following work in accordance with the provisions of the MBV
Engineering, Inc. Master Agreement entitled Non -Exclusive Continuing Professional Services Agreement
for Engineering Dated July 12, 2017.
Description of Assignment:
It is our understanding that the City of Sebastian is requesting a drainage evaluation of the Pelican Island
Place Drainage Basin. This area includes Barber Street to Pelican Island Place, Tracy Drive, Athens Court,
Douglas Avenue, Empire Terrace, Birtle Court, Miller Drive, Justine Drive, Paddock Street, Maltz
Avenue, Camilo Court, and Day Drive.
Work Scope:
• Coordination with the City to attain current permit documents, plans and other applicable data for the
described basin area
• Perform a thorough system evaluation consisting of a full site walk-through, evaluation of available
existing plans and calculations, as well as coordination and meetings with City personnel
• Provide a recommendation report for system remediation
• Provide scope for any required construction plan development for required improvements, bidding,
and construction oversight.
Basis of Compensation/Period of Services:
The above referenced Professional Engineering Services for CSA 9 will be performed for a fee not to
exceed the amount of $9,000.
