IT IS AGREED to undertake the following work in accordance with the provisions of the MBV
Engineering, Inc. Master Agreement entitled Non -Exclusive Continuing Professional Services Agreement
for Engineering Dated July 12, 2017.
Description of Assignment:
MBV Engineering, Inc., in conjunction with Florida Environmental Consulting, Inc., shall provide the
required environmental consulting services for the Stonecrop Drainage Improvement project. This work
shall include the following scope of services:
Work Scope:
Environmental Impact Report
• Flora and Fauna Study
• Soils Study
• Hydrology Study
• Wetlands
• Potential Protected Species Discussion
• Gopher Tortoise Survey

o Relocation Budget Estimate
• GIS Mapping
• Coordination with the City and Requests for Additional Information
Deliverables:
The Environmental Impact Report shall be prepared and submitted to the City as a PDF via e-mail.
Basis of Compensation/Period of Services:
The above referenced Professional Engineering Services for CSA 14 ADD will be performed for a fee not
to exceed the amount of:
