Dear Public Safety partners,
Florida City Gas is the natural gas utility providing natural gas service to many residents and businesses
within your jurisdiction.
Effective Sunday, June 21, 2020, your team will need to call a new number when reporting an emergency
situation related to -natural gas. This is a critical -change and -we strongly recommend you share this
information with your department immediately.
Our new number is (833) 701-1474 and is only used to communicate with first responders, not the
public. This line has been activated as of Sunday, June 21, 2020 at 7 p.m.
The previous phone number has been retired, so please update your records and procedures to ensure
you can reach us quickly in case of an emergency.
