The number of registered Sebastian voters on the invoice attached, is the number of registered voters at the time of
book closing for the November 5, 2019 Municipal Election. Today date, the number of registered voters residing in the
City of Sebastian is 20,385.
I have attached the Recall Election Calendar which includes the dates and deadlines for conducting the Recall
Election. The book closing date of August 11, 2020 will be the number of registered voters who are eligible to vote in
the Recall Election. The cost of the election will be based on the book closing date registration numbers, at a cost of
$2.00 per registered voter. Since this election is being held at the end of my fiscal year, I do not have the funds to
conduct this election. I am sorry for this inconvenience but this will necessitate the need for the first 50%to be paid in
advance by August 17, 2020 and the remainder by September 18, 2020.
