One final question and we can move forward. Under 14.2 Other Insurance Provisions, you have asked for City of
Sebastian to be named additional insured. Unfortunately our Professional Liability insurance does not allow for this. This
is usually covered under our General Liability, which we will provide. I just wanted you to understand this. We can add
the term "Professional Liability" to the exception as shown on the attached or we can just both initial here providing the
understanding. Please let us know and we can sign and return the final contracts.
