APPROVING AN AMENDMENT AND RECOGNIZING CERTAIN ADJUSTMENTS TO
THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2020 AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 2021 AS PROVIDED FOR IN EXHIBIT 'A'; PROVIDING FOR
