A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (FDOT) FOR
THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF INFIELD SECURITY
CAMERAS FOR SEBASTIAN MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AS IT RELATES
TO FM449252-1 "X26 Infield Security Cameras"; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER'S ERRORS; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Whereas, the Florida Department of Transportation has extended a Public
Transportation Grant Agreement (PTGA), FM Project Number 449252-1-94-01 for
Infield Security Cameras at Sebastian Municipal Airport (SMA) providing for 80% of the
actual project cost, project cost not to exceed $24,000.00 and
Whereas, the City of Sebastian agrees to the conditions of such funding,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEBASTIAN, as follows:
Section 1. AUTHORIZATION. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute said FDOT PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION GRANT AGREEMENT on behalf of
the City.
Section 2. CONFLICTS. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. SCRIVENER'S ERRORS. Sections of this resolution may be
renumbered or re -lettered and corrections of typographical errors which do not affect
the intent may be authorized by the City Manager, or the City Managers designee,
without need of further action of City Council by filing a corrected copy of same with the
City Clerk.
Section 4. EFFECTIVE DATE. This resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption.
The foregoing Resolution was moved for adoption by Council Member
Hill
The motion was seconded by Council Member McPartlen and,
upon put to a vote, the vote was as follows:

The Mayor thereupon declared this resolution duly passed and adopted this
22nd day of September, 2021.
