A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (FDOT) FOR
THE PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION OF OFFICE IMPROVEMENTS
TO HANGAR 'C' AT SEBASTIAN MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AS IT
RELATES TO FM449393-1-94-01 "X26 HANGAR C OFFICE
IMPROVEMENTS" PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR
SCRIVENER'S ERRORS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Transportation has extended a Public
Transportation Grant Agreement (PTGA), FM Project Number 449393-1-94-01 to plan
and construct office improvements inside Hangar 'C' at Sebastian Municipal Airport
(SMA), allowing 50% of the Project cost, not to exceed a cost share of $35,000 and
WHEREAS, the City of Sebastian agrees to the conditions of such funding,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEBASTIAN, as follows:
SECTION 1. AUTHORIZATION. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute said FDOT PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION GRANT AGREEMENT on behalf of
the City.
SECTION 2. CONFLICTS. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. SCRIVENER'S ERRORS. Sections of this resolution may be
renumbered or re -lettered and corrections of typographical errors which do not affect
the intent may be authorized by the City Manager, or the City Managers designee,
without need of further action of City Council by filing a corrected copy of same with the
City Clerk.
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE. This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
The foregoing Resolution was moved for adoption by Council Member
Nunn
The motion was seconded by Council Member Jones and,
upon put to a vote, the vote was as follows:

The Mayor thereupon declared this resolution duly passed and adopted this 1 oth
