The contract for mowing services for the City of Sebastian includes maintenance of the Right of Way
Swale Areas and Ditches located within the City. Mowing services will be on an as -needed basis in
various locations of the City in order to maintain the flow in the City's stormwater conveyance
system. In order to keep areas free of debris and growth, service will include but not be limited to,
mowing, power blade edging, trash pickup, shrubbery trimming, urc trimming and dead limb removal, as
well as quarter round cleaning. Typical maintenance timeframm are the following, but may be revised
under advisement of the City of Sebastian; Ditches trimmed, cleaned, and maintained every three months,
totaling four times per year. Collector road Right of Ways as well as vacant lot Right of Ways not owned
privately maintained twice pm month, totaling twenty-four instances per year. Interior road Right of
Ways maintained every six weeks, totaling nine times per year. All maintenance areas will be paid
according to the agreed upon bid price. All invoice payments will be processed after a walk through or
drive through inspection has been completed with both the Contractor and the City of Sebastian for final
approval.
