Dr. Karen Hiltz introduced herself and said she was a resident and candidate for the
upcoming vacant Florida House seat.

A. Anoroval of Minutes - January 26.2022 CRA Meetine
MOTION by Mr. McPartlan and SECOND by Mr. Nunn to approve the January 26, 2022
CRA minutes passed with a unanimous voice vote. (5-0)
B. Fiscal Year 2021 CRA Annual Renort in Accordance with F.S.163.371 - Acceot
and Forward to Citv Council (Transmittal. Renort)
The City Manager said this was the annual report required by Florida Statute and asked
the board to accept it and advance it to City Council.
MOTION by Mr. Dodd and SECOND by Vice Chairman Jones to accept the 2021 CRA
Annual Report and forward it to City Council.
