You are hereby notified to commence work as of Thursday. April 4. 2024 and shall achieve substantial completion
7 calendar days thereafter, which shall be April 11, 2024. Upon receipt of this NTP, you are responsible for performing
the services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement and associating documents. It is important to reference the
above ITB number and title on all documents (correspondence, change orders, invoices, etc.) sent to the City.
Location/Scope:
• Creative Playground at Barber Street Park (598 Tulip Drive, Sebastian, FL 32958)
• All five sections of the continuous sidewalk pour at the Creative Playground totals greater than 101 SY of
concrete. Therefore the rate will be $45 per SY.
NOTE: The City reserves the right to allow for any approved extensions.
The Project Manager is Rob Robinson, Roads Superintendent. He can be contacted via e-mail
