SUBJECT: EXTENSION REQUEST
ITB #: 19-01 Public Facilities Pesticide Treatment
Mr. Gillenwaters:
The City of Sebastian would like extend the agreement for ITB #: 19-01 Public Facilities Pesticide Treatment. We are
requesting to extend the contract to provide additional time to competitively solicit and award a new contract.
Acceptance of this offer guarantees that all terms, conditions and prices of the previous agreement shall remain in full
force and shall be honored until June 30, 2024.
