Dear Mr. Taylor:
By this letter, we can formalize our understanding onthe work to be done on and alongside your
property at 401 Autumn Terrace. Since the City is planning to do work that will involve removal
of a portion of your driveway, and you also intend to do work that involves removal of another
portion of your driveway, it will be mutually beneficial to coordinate the efforts.
In conjunction with work in the right-of-way in front of your~.i~use, the City will extend the
boundary of the driveway it removes all the way to within ~ feet of your garage. After
completion of its work, the City will not repave any of the driveway. Instead, you will repave the
entire length of the driveway as part of your work, in accordance with the City of Sebastian
driveway standards and specifications (this work requires a driveway permit application).
We both agree to hold the other harmless from any claims resulting from the work we each
perform on the others property.
