INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
THE MUNICIPALITIES OF SEBASTIAN,
FELLSMERE, VERO BEACH, INDIAN RIVER SHORES,
PROPERTY APPRAISER, HRS
and
SEBASTIAN INLET TAXING DISTRICT
This Interlocai Agreement is entered into this /$' day
1997 by and between the above named public entities for the purpose of
providing for the cost sharing in a contract for a digital aerial photograph
mapping project.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Indian River County Property Appraiser (Property
Appraiser) has initiated a digital aerial photography mapping project; and
WHEREAS, Indian River County (County) has agreed to be the
contracting agency; and
WHEREAS, the Property Appraiser has agreed to provide a project
manager; and
WHEREAS, this project should benefit all parties to this agreement; and
WHEREAS, financial participation by alt parties is necessary to go
forward w/th the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual terms, conditions,
promises, covenants and premises hereinafter set forth the County, Property
Appraiser and the undersigned public entities agree as follows:
1. The general specifications of the project are as follows:
Project area: 208 sq. mi. generally east of 1-95 plus the SR 512
corridor to Fellsmere. See attached map.
Scale: 1" = 200'
Film: black and white
Deliverables: fifteen (15) sets of CD ROM, one set of mylar
reproducibles at 1' = 200' at sufficient density to support diazo
copies equivalent to FDOR mylar enlargements.
2. Each participant shall receive 1 set of CD ROMs with the Property
Appraiser also receiving a set of mylar enlargements for reproduction purposes.
3. The estimated cost of the project is $100,500 and shall not exceed
$120,000 without amendment to this agreement. The cost to each participant
based on the Property Appraiser's view of the value to each participant based
on land areas is as follows:
Indian River County 25.0% $25,100

4. All signatures to this Interlocai Agreement agree to pay to County the
above percentages of the contract price of the contract entered into by the
County on behalf of all signatories and as described above.
5. Signatories to this agreement shall not be bound by this agreement
unless and until all named public entities agree to participate in the cost
sharing and project contract is executed.
6. Any participant who wants additional or special services by the
contractor may arrange through County to have these specifications added to
the contract at the sole expense of the requesting party.
IN WITNESS WHERE OF the parties hereto have caused this interlocal
agreement to be executed by their duly authorized officials on the day and year
first written above.
