TURTLE AGREEMENT
This Agreement entered into this ~~ day of P`~o,r~c H , 2007 by and
between The Mental Health Association in Indian River County, Inc. (MHA) and
C-r( DF SeBG~.STiarl (Site Sponsor);
WITNESSETH: THAT WHEREAS, Site Sponsor has agreed to accept, display and
care for a turtle sculpture on its premises; and
WHEREAS, MHA has agreed to make a turtle sculpture available to Site Sponsor
which is in all respects satisfactory to Site Sponsor;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HERETO, in consideration for their mutual
undertakings in this agreement, do hereby agree as follows:
1. MHA has delivered to Site Sponsor a turtle sculpture for display by Site Sponsor
at a location of its choice, which turtle sculpture is satisfactory to Site Sponsor and will be
hereafter owned by Site Sponsor.
2. Site Sponsor assumes all responsibility for its turtle sculpture, including, without
limitation, responsibility for any and all claims or liability relating to its ownership of the
turtle sculpture, and indemnifies and holds harmless MHA from any and all liability,
claims or damages of whatever nature relating in any way to the turtle sculpture owned by
Site Sponsor.
