Sebastian Community Redevelopment Agency
Goal 4 Environmental Goal: Create an attractive, safe and
comfortable environment that is conducive to activities during
the day and evenings.
In accordance with the Community Redevelopment Plan, the Riverview Park
Expansion Area, specifically the former Good Guys, Inc. property, a blight section
of the Riverfront Redevelopment District, has been determined by the
Community Redevelopment Agency to meet the objectives of Goal 4.
Therefore, I, make a motion to include this program as an
identifiable capital improvement under this goal.
