1. Mayor Gillmor called the CRA meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
3. ROLL CALL

MOTION by Ms. Coy and SECOND by Mr. Wolff to approve the July 28, 2010
minutes passed with a voice vote of 5-0.

A. Public Hearing and Adoption of the FY 2010/2011 Community Redevelopment Budget
15-22 (Admin. Services Transmittal, Display Ad, CRA Resolution 10 -01)

i. City Manager Overview
The City Manager said Council has gone through the CIP budget a number of times
outlining goal for a couple of years ahead and the purpose of tonight is to formally adopt
the CRA FY 2011 budget.
ii. Public Comment
There was none.
iii. Adopt CRA Resolution 10 -01
A RESOLUTION OF SEBASTIAN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (CRA)
ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2010 AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2011; MAKING FINDINGS; AUTHORIZING AMENDMENTS;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
MOTION by Vice -Mayor Hill and SECOND by Mr. Wright to approve Resolution 10 -01
adopting the CRA budget.
The City Attorney read Resolution 10-01 by title.
Roll call as follows:
AYES: ALL
NAYS: NONE
Passed 5-0.
6. Being no further business, Mayor Gillmor adjourned the CRA meeting at 6:37 p.m.
