Dear Al:
Please consider this letter confirmation that we, as the owners of the above referenced
property, have given the City of Sebastian permission to use a portion of referenced
property (approximately 50 feet at the westernmost part of our property) to enhance the
beauty of the "triangle" where CR 512 divides. At any time we, as owners, so desire, we
may notify you that this courtesy may be withdrawn. The sum of $1.00 for this past year
shall be payable to Three Hundred Sebastian Blvd, Inc. from the City of Sebastian for
consideration. This fee will be due yearly if we as owners so decide to continue this
arrangement. Should we decide to terminate your use of the property, we shall notify you
in writing.
