PUBLIC WORKSHOP — DAVIS STREET PROJECT

COUNCIL CHAMBERS
A public information workshop was conducted by City staff on Thursday, January 10, 2013 in the
Council Chambers. The meeting started at 6:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting was to provide
information to affected residents about the Davis Street Sewer Project and provide a forum for
residents to ask questions of staff about the project.
Present at the meeting from staff were AI Minner - City Manager, Joe Griffin — Community
Development Director, Frank Watanabe — City Consultant/Neel-Shaffer Engineering and Art
Pfeffer — Indian River County Project Manager. Also present were approximately six residents
who reside or own property in the Davis Street Project area.
Staff provided a briefing on the project purpose and location.
Following the staff presentation residents asked questions about the project.
The meeting was closed at approximately 6:45 PM.
